河东区实验小学是天津市首批模范学校。在全市享有很高的声誉，具有很高的社会认可度。学校拥有两个校区，占地面积共44294平米，建筑面积29495平米。共有125个教学班，在校学生近4600人。

　　学校拥有雄厚的师资力量，全力打造高素质的教师队伍，在校的329名教师队伍中拥有特级教师2名，中学高级教师15名，小学高级教师220名，市级学科带头人4名，区级学科带头人37名，校级学科带头人57名。全体教师均取得计算机高级证书，42名教师取得国家数学奥林匹克教练员资格。

　　Tianjin He Dong District Experimental Primary School is one of the first model schools in Tianjin. It has achieved a lot of fame and has received high approval from the community. The school has two campuses which have an area of 44,294 square metres, with 125 classes and nearly 4,600 students.Mutual respect, responsibility, concentrating on educational quality, and pursuing a high level of educational ideals is our aim. Our school delivers an education of high quality which encourages each and every student to reach their highest level, while encompassing all the fundamental aspects needed for a successful and happy life.
